The book is concise and is presented in the format readers need. The approach summarised in your Performance Improvement Cycle is an excellent way to structure the process in easy to understand steps.

GPSVision were one of only two training organisations that I gave preferred trainer status to. Over the years Patrick worked closely with us on management training and development, customer care training, coaching skills amongst others. He developed with us two programmes that were recognised at Level 4/5 with Chaterered Institute of Management - Leading and Managing Change, and Coaching Skills. I've encouraged him to put in for National Training Awards for both of these programmes as we gained superb results from both. The great thing about their approach is that they don't offer "off the shelf" but get up close and personal with your organisation to ensure that they are clear about the results / return / objectives you really need and then identify how they will measure success - this has always ensured that I usually had more outcomes than expected over and above my original objectives which is why I kept going back!

GPSVision use pre-training diagnostic exercises and questionnaires which we as an employer have found really helpful to benchmark where the learning starts from and the progress through the programme and the development of the individuals. GPSVision has worked with us for 2 or 3 years and their approach has been really flexible. There hasn't been anything we've asked they haven't been able to do no matter how bizarre, vague or difficult. The company has helped us to determine aims and objectives where we've been a bit woolly and where we've had very clear and firm aims and objectives of a development programme they've delivered. They have been really really helpful.
