1 to 1 Executive & Management Coaching

This a world class personal development programme for Executives and Managers.

We offer a range of psychometric assessment tools from Saville & Holdsworth (SHL) and Apter International to underpin the programme. This is followed up with a number of 1 to 1 coaching sessions over a twelve month period.

We support individuals with their development needs and the psychometric assessment is repeated towards the end of the process to determine the progress made over the year.

Programme aims

The programme will help Executives and Managers to improve their leadership skills to maximise the performance of their organisations. The coaching sessions will focus on a range of personal improvement goals which will have been identified from the psychometrics and coaching sessions.  

Return on Investment

We will evaluate the process against Phillips five levels and produce reports summarising the results. This data will be available six months after the last coaching session.
