Performance Review or Appraisal systems are the cornerstone of achieving improvement, aligning individual goals with organisational priorities, and identifying strategic development needs.
In our work with organisations we have found a number of ways to ensure that the organisation gets the best out of Performance Reviews for the Reviewer, the staff member and the organisation as a whole.
- We can help you to build simple but effective Performance Review procedures. We can bring our wide experience of Performance Review Processes to help you to select the elements that are important to you as an organisation.
- We have extensive experience of running training sessions for both Reviewers and staff who will be reviewed. This enables all parties to understand the purpose of the review, to be confident in using any paperwork, to evaluate and self evaluate performance. Depending upon the prior experience of Reviewers, workshops may be half or whole day, for Reviewees a two hour orientation session is often sufficient.
