We have used executive team development, 360 degree and a range of personality and competency assessments which have delivered excellent results to our customers.  

As APTER qualified practitioners, we work in partnership with Apter International and use a selection of motivational profiling and diagnostic tools.

Professor Michael Apter is the founder of the psychological model known as reversal theory. This is a way of looking at people as a set of complex behaviours, based on our experience and our preferences. It is not a personality theory, but as the title implies, suggests that we can change unproductive behaviours.

Apter International have developed a suite of psychometric tools that help people to understand what those unproductive behaviours are, and why they have emerged. In particular we use the AMSP (Apter Motivational Styles Profile) and the ALPS (Apter Leadership Profile System).

In April 2010, ourselves and Apter International produced a joint case study highlighting the success of our partnership where we were able to use the Apter Motivational Styles Profiling tool to support our Performance Coaching programme which resulted in our customer gaining a return on their investment of 138%.
