Our world class team development programmes leave nothing to chance. We ensure the content is developed only after a very detailed brief has been obtained. The process often includes some team diagnostics at the beginning with a formal intervention being run shortly afterwards. This is followed by a post diagnostics phase with a short one or two hour reflective learning session scheduled six months after the first workshop.
